　　Network Infrastructure Management:

　　Develop and execute strategies for WAN/LAN and wireless network architecture across branch offices.Ensure the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust and secure network infrastructures.Oversee network capacity planning and scalability to accommodate business growth and evolving technology needs.Network Move, Add, Change (MAC) Activities:Supervise and coordinate network MAC activities, ensuring efficient and seamless changes within the network environment.Collaborate with teams to plan and execute network expansions, relocations, and modifications.IDF/MDF Closet Maintenance:Manage the installation, organization, and maintenance of Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) and Main Distribution Frame (MDF) closets across branch offices.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cable management and infrastructure organization.Cable Environment Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of cable environments, including structured cabling systems and related components.Implement protocols for cable testing, documentation, and labeling to ensure accuracy and ease of management.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and security, to align network infrastructure with organizational goals and security standards.Vendor Management and Budgeting:Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for network-related services and equipment procurement.Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.Continuous Improvement and Compliance:Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technological advancements to optimize network performance and reliability.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all network infrastructure activities.Required QualificationsExtensive experience (8+ years) in network infrastructure management, including WAN/LAN, wireless, and related technologies.Proven leadership experience, managing teams in a complex network environment.In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.The Lead Director of Branch Offices for Network Infrastructure plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the organization's network infrastructure across multiple branch offices. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of network technologies and their applications within a corporate environment.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are advantageous.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$140,000.00 - $280,000.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
