　　Position Summary

　　Provides technical leadership to a team of Data Engineers and Engineering Managers who design, build, and maintain data pipelines, infrastructure, and systems that enable efficient and effective data processing and analytics.

　　Responsibilities Designs and implements scalable and efficient data architectures and infrastructure policies and procedures. Develops and maintains data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, protocols, and required objectives. Controls data integration from various sources, data cleansing, transformation, and loading of data into data warehouses or data lakes. Delivers accurate and timely data for business intelligence and analytics purposes. Designs protocols for data engineering best practices, standards, and guidelines. Researches and provides key recommendations for the adoption of emerging technologies that align with the organization's goals. Fosters mutually-beneficial relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful data engineering initiatives. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision. Administers technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. 　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$140,000.00 - $280,000.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
