Position Summary
The Executive Advisor, Data Inputs and Outputs is a dynamic and driven senior technical leader tasked with identifying, prioritizing and shaping complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with technical and business In this role, you will partner closely with teams of engineers and business resources focused on understanding, mapping and transforming how eligibility data is delivered within the PBM engines and on how critical client and member data is transitioned out via crisp and accurate reporting. This person should have the ability to lead end-to-end delivery of technical capabilities and have a deep background in the complex legacy platforms that make up the backbone of the Claims Adjudication processes. A successful candidate will be comfortable working with both product and architecture teams and understand solutions and delivery capabilities at an expert level. This position works closely with other technical leaders of the Claims Adjudication team to assess business goals, strategic objectives and to build a comprehensive and achievable multi-year roadmap for the the Eligibility teams. They will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that projects are aligned to the Enterprise strategic goals and technology roadmap.
Required Qualifications8-10 years direct experience in IT - designing, architecting and delivering data transformation or output reporting capabilities5 + years of experience with core infrastructure development and integration with legacy based platforms (AS400 and Mainframe)Demonstrates a keen awareness of the complex integrations needed to onboard new PBM members and clients in the service of Claims Adjudication process and the necessary downstream reporting feeds at the client and enterprise data warehouse levelExperience in identifying and documenting business needs and able to translate technical concepts in clear and business approipriate language to advance strategic deliveryStrong passion for delivering quality tools, information and reporting to achieve established goals.Desire to work collaboratively and experienced in driving projects to completion on time and within budget.Preferred QualificationsSAFe Agile Certification - Scrum Master or ProductPrior Development Manager experience, including leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment.Understanding of source control, build and test automation, and experience managing DevOps/SecOps practicesExperience with one or more public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCPExperience with webservice based API integrations and generative AI based innovationsEducation
A Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or business degree is required. A Masters degree is preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$140,000.00 - $280,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
