Kforce has a client in Schertz, TX that is seeking a Hybrid Lead Data Analyst to join their team.Responsibilities:
The Lead Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping, building, and maintaining robust data analytics, visualization, and reporting systems
This critical position involves designing and implementing technology that fosters seamless communication and operations among customers & suppliers
The primary goal is to not only meet but surpass the company's objectives, ensuring the effective support of essential business functions
Bachelor's/Tech School degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or equivalent and/or commensurate years of real-world experience in data analytics
7 years of relevant experience in data management
5 years of experience in data analysis with hands on delivery of business insights via Power BI
3 years of experience with Cloud based DW such as Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
Experience with performance analysis and optimization
Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Snowflake, Oracle, Postgres, and Cassandra
Experience with analytics notebooks
Experience in Power BI architecture is essential
Strong knowledge of reporting packages (MicroStrategy, Power BI), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (R, Python, or JavaScript/D3 frameworks)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, R, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Must be able to provide best practices & risk analysis for workspace, security, deployment, gateway, & corporate adoption (among others)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
