　　What You’ll Do:

　　Effectively manage multiple tasks; scheduling & coordinating work orders, fielding customer inquiries, etc.

　　Effective time management: hit deadlines & service level agreements.

　　Work effectively as part of a team, effective teamwork & cross department collaboration.

　　Coachable, demonstrate a willingness to learn and be coached.

　　Proactive problem solver vs reactive problem solver; must be able to actively meet the customer’s needs.

　　Qualifications and Requirement:

　　Dispatch experience.

　　Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook and Excel.

　　Ability to analyze data.

　　Ability to work overtime when necessary.
