　　As a Senior Legal Counsel, APAC Product/Regulatory, you will help advise us on existing and emerging laws in the region. You will understand the impact of these laws on Roblox product and operation. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and remotely from Headquarters, and collaboratively with all company partners.

　　What You'll Do:

　　Advise on existing, pending, and developing regulations affecting Roblox, including regulations concerning online UGC platforms and consumer protection issues; Identify new trends in the regulations and educate company leadership on their implications; Help create a cross-functional response to legal obligations; Develop and implement procedures, policies and programs to ensure Roblox compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Analyze and research complex legal issues and translate such research and analysis into practical advice; Evaluate, engage, and oversee outside counsel throughout the region; Respond to requests for compliance advice from engineering, products and marketing teams concerning time-sensitive communications and product releases; Report to Senior Lead Counsel, Product/Regulatory What you need to be successful:

　　5+ years of relevant legal experience (e.g., online gaming, online safety, privacy, social media, or content regulations); Qualified to practice law in at least one jurisdictions the region (e.g., Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore); Strong business-oriented judgment and the ability to analyze problems, propose resolutions, and provide advice that is creative, practical, and legally acceptable, taking into account the needs and objectives of the business; Ability to work well with a small, tightly knit team and desire to seek responsibility and work autonomously.
