　　Position Summary

　　We're seeking a PGA Member or Apprentice to join us as an Assistant Golf Professional. In this role, you will work closely with our golf team, including the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, Lead Assistant Professional, Director of Instruction, and Director of Retail. Your mission will be to provide top-tier service to our club members and their guests while assisting with daily golf operations, tournament coordination, merchandising, and junior golf instruction.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Deliver exceptional service to club members and guests with a service-oriented attitude.

　　Provide quality instruction to members and assist with clinics when needed.

　　Act as a club ambassador, promoting and representing Capital City Club.

　　Support the management and execution of our extensive tournament schedule.

　　Assist with day-to-day golf operation management.

　　Collaborate with merchandise coordination and the Director of Retail.

　　Train, supervise, and mentor Outside Service Staff/Interns.

　　Maintain a high-level playing ability, participating in Georgia Section events.

　　Qualifications

　　Class A PGA/LPGA member or Apprentice in good standing.

　　Bachelor's degree preferred.

　　At least two years of work experience as a Class A Professional or Apprentice at a high-end private or resort facility.

　　Strong club fitting and teaching background.

　　Competitive collegiate or tournament playing record.

　　Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, GolfGenius, ForeTees, POS systems, and teaching systems like V1.

　　Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

　　Professional image and appearance.

　　Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

　　Eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally, with aspirations to become a Head Professional.
