  Description

  Lead Accounts Receivable Representative - 100% Remote - We welcome residents in our states, AK, OR, WA, TX, or MT only.

  The Lead role is not a separate position but rather a set of additional responsibilities assigned to any staff member for the purpose of assisting Management in conducting daily operations. The Lead is not a manager, but does provide operational leadership to other staff members in areas specifically identified when the role assignment is made.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Coursework/Training Coursework in subjects such as team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.

  6 months Experience within Providence.

  6 months Lead or supervisory experience.

  All leads should complete a development plan with their manager which includes related team and leadership development programs. Mentoring with a senior leader in the division, while not required, is recommended.

  Min: $23.86, Max: $37.96

  Min: $22.89, Max: $36.41

  Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside)

  Min: $21.34, Max: $33.95

  Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla)

  Min: $20.37, Max: $32.40

  Montana

  Min: $18.43, Max: $29.32

  Texas

  Min: $17.46, Max: $27.77
