　　In this role, you will launder resident and facility clothing, sheets and towels as well as fold, label and distribute to resident rooms.  Other duties as assigned.  We are seeking people who display compassionate, positive attitudes, and who strive for personal excellence. 

　　This is an On-Call Laundry Aide position with potential to go into permanent Part-Time or Full-Time hours.

　　 Laundry Assistant responsibilities:

　　Clean, sort, and fold all linen used by residents and the facility.

　　Deliver laundry to resident's rooms and the linen storage area.

　　Mark resident clothing in accordance with facility policies.

　　Maintain a clean work area.

　　Complete other duties as assigned.

　　 Laundry Assistant skills and requirements:

　　Previous laundry experience preferred, but not required.

　　Ability to read and understand instruction and safety information.

　　Demonstrates knowledge of laundry safety and sanitation.

　　Excellent communication and customer service skills.

　　Enjoys working independently and as a team.

　　Must be able to speak English.
