Nelson's Landscaping LLC located in Tarentum, Pennsylvania, Phone 724-321-7630, seeks seven (7) Landscaping Laborers needed for temporary, full-time employment.

　　Duties include: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, mulching, shrub installation, trimming, planting, watering, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. 

　　Extensive bending and stooping required. Must be able to lift 60lbs. Mon-Fri, possible weekend/holiday work, hours may fluctuate due to weather, OT hours will vary."

　　The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and Butler County, Pennsylvania. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated meeting site. Employer will then provide each worker with daily transportation among the worksites in Allegheny County and Butler County. The employer will offer up to 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (excluding breaks). Work on weekends may be required in place of another day. Workers are needed 3/25/2024 to 11/30/2024. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid no less than $16.84 per hour. Overtime hours will be paid at $25.26 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid Friday (biweekly) by check. Optional employer arranged housing available at a weekly payroll deduction for up to $100/week. The employer will make all deductions from workers' paychecks required by law. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported the worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
