Landscapers/Groundskeepers. Llanerch Country Club, has 10 openings. Temp/FT. 4/1/24-11/20/24. Work location: 950 W. Chester Pike, Havertown, PA 19083. Cut grass, tees, fairways, roughs, club house lawns, creek banks, street berms, bunker faces, seed divots, lay sod, care for sand traps, hand rake, water & fertilize and any other related tasks. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle position, move manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 75 lbs. All applicants must be able willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Work Monday through Friday varies. Saturdays required when necessary. OT Varies. Employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, and supplies & equip required to perform the job. 40 hrs p/wk. M-F 6:00-2:30pm. Will offer wage $18.71 hr ($28.07 OT) OT varies. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Payday bi-weekly. Payroll deductions as required by law. Advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by authorized payroll deductions. Merit pay raises may be avail at the employer's discretion. Must verify 3 months of experience as a landscaping laborer. No min education reqd. No on-the-job training will be provided. Employer paid criminal background check and drug test prior to employment. Must verify prior employment. Reasonable & most economical/common carrier transportation costs for both out-of town and H-2B workers living abroad to the place of employment will be reimbursed in the full amount as required by DOL regulations when and if the worker completes half of the employment period. Upon completion of contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation back home, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/another employer. H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the first workweek, for all visa: visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, include those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).  Employees will be provided w/min daily subsistence of @least $14 p/day during travel, up to a max of $59 p/day w/receipts.
