　　JOB TITLE: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN MULTIPLE WORKSITES: Franklin county area including the counties of Delaware, Union, Licking, Fairfield, Madison, and Pickaway.NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 13

　　JOB DESCRIPTION: 13 Temporary, Full-time seasonal positions available with Cornwell Lawn & Landscaping, LLC from 03/21/2024-11/30/2024. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Performs a variety of task, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, digging, raking, and instillation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit, walks, or water features. The job will require the worker to: gather and remove litter; use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes; operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, or rototillers; water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans; prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws; spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders; care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls ; follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage; trim or pick flowers and clean flower beds; attach wires from planted trees to support stakes; plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools; mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers; rake, mulch, and compost leaves; decorate gardens with stones or plants; provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds features; haul or spread topsoil or spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place; install rock gardens, ponds, water features, retaining walls; dispose of trash or waste materials; trim trees or other vegetation; treat greenery or surfaces with protective substances; maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning; cultivate lawns, turf, or gardens; clean facilities or sites; install equipment to protect or support trees; plant greenery to improve landscape appearance; remove debris from work sites. 

　　REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50 pounds 

　　WORK HOURS: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

　　WAGE OFFER: $17.46 per hour paid Biweekly / Overtime $26.19 per hour

　　BOARD, LODGING, OR FRINGE BENEFITS Employer intends to assist foreign and non-local U.S. workers hired pursuant to this job order to secure worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value cost based on number of occupants.

　　DAILY TRANSPORTATION (OPTIONAL) Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations.

　　FIRST WORKWEEK GUARANTEE Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
