Landscape Laborer - 8 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/2024-11/30/2024.

　　Employer: Larry's Landscaping Service, Inc., 116 South Broadway, White Plains, NY 10605.

　　Duties: Landscape & maintain properties using tools or equipment. Tasks may include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, installation of sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit and other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and work in adverse weather conditions and pass a pre-employment drug test paid by the employer. Employer to provide daily travel to/from the worksite from designated pick up location: 116 South Broadway, White Plains, NY 10605.

　　No education or experience required. Employer willing to accept a trainee/accept related experience. Employer will provided on-the-job training.

　　Work hours: Varies Sun-Sat, 8am-4pm, 40 hours/week at $20.81/hour. OT possible at $31.22/hour. Hours may fluctuate due to weather.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Pass a pre-employment drug test paid by the employer

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport f ees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
