　　Job Summary:

　　  As the Lawn & Landscape Foreman, one will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients when in the field, overseeing a crew of workers and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

　　Supervisory Responsibilities:

　　Oversee a crew size or 3-5

　　Duties/Responsibilities:

　　Communicate with clients when necessary and address customer concerns. Effectively communicating customer needs to the Client Relations RepresentativeHas a basic knowledge of plants, horticulture pruning, lawn and landscape bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up.Proficiently operate a variety of landscaping and construction equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and maintains equipment.Train crew members to properly use equipment and perform job duties to the Ground Works Land Design standard.Positively promotes the company culture.Submits all required records in accordance with company policies.Follows company policies and procedures.Performs all other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

　　Adaptable to a growing teamEffective communicator with the ability to be presidential when conversing with a client or fellow employee.Detail oriented and organized.Self-driven and positive attitudeAble to work efficiently with little to no supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment a plus.Able to analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions.Educations and Experience:

　　Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving recordAble to work successfully with limited supervision.Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape and grounds keeping.High attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsPhysical Requirements:

　　Able to lift more than 20 lbs.Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time.Able to stand for long periods of time.What we offer:
