　　Opportunity: This position is responsible for leading and growing the Development Market Group in our Wyoming offices. You must be motivated to deliver quality projects while working in a collaborative team environment, as well as have enthusiasm for helping grow and mentor the team. Currently, this group consists of five staff members, including engineers and CAD designers. The group provides planning, land entitlement, engineering design, and construction phase services for northern Wyoming's public and private clients. Projects are a combination of residential/commercial / mixed-use large acreage subdivisions and site engineering projects associated with architect-led building projects. In addition, this position often coordinates with staff in all Morrison-Maierle offices and serves on the Wyoming leadership team.

　　Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering and a registered professional engineer (PE) in Wyoming or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

　　· Minimum of 8 years experience in the Civil Engineering industry with a focus on land development.

　　· Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

　　· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

　　This position will require periodic travel. Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.

　　Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/year depending on experience. Relocation assistance is available.
