　　1 year Commercial Construction Laborer experience or 3 years Residential Construction Experience preferred.

　　Perform tasks involving physical labor at commercial or industrial construction projects.

　　May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.

　　May clean and prepare sites, assist craft workers on interior construction tasks, clean up rubble and debris.

　　May assist other craft workers. Extended periods of standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.

　　Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.

　　Wage is negotiated as part of the hiring process and is based on relevant Experience. $16.00 per hour

　　Must have means to get to job site.
