　　Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) LABORER without more than normal supervision. Performed simple manual tasks that require a basic understanding of cleaning, grounds maintenance and lifting procedures; performed routine operator maintenance of hand tools and equipment; safely used industrial cleaners (typically used in households) and basic hand and yard tools and equipment, such as a rake, pitch fork, wheelbarrow, hand-pump sprayer, hand truck, shovel, push lawn mower (manual), hammer, screwdriver, wrench, and pliers; and performed routine work assignments with little or no assistance (e.g., picking up all paper and trash around the work site three times a week) - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

　　Exerts heavy physical effort in doing such tasks, frequently lifting and moving objects weighing over 50 pounds, running power mowers on grades or pushing heavy wheelbarrow loads of concrete, etc.Works outside in all kinds of weather, and inside in areas that may be dusty, drafty, and noisy. Equipment, tools, and tasks involved at this level frequently require special care to avoid serious injuries. Works on and around river structures involves hazards of falling and drowning. Work requires continuous standing, walking, and stooping.Education
