　　Job SummaryProvide year round landscaping and grounds maintenance support for the FBI CRCcontract.

　　Primary DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilitiesto perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will berated on the Annual Performance Review.

　　Responsible for the operation, inspection, testing and preventativemaintenance for equipment including but not limited to push mowers, ridingmowers, string trimmers, edgers, back pack blowers and snow blowers.

　　Ensure that turf areas are maintained to established height by moving,trimming and edging.

　　Ensure that bed areas remain weed free by hand pulling and organic means.

　　Daily trash pull and policing of grounds and smoking areas for liter.

　　Perform weekly and monthly inspections of grounds, facilities and buildingstructures.

　　Additional Responsibilities

　　Cut all grass around trees, shrubs, planting beds, building, parkinglots, signs, and other obstacles within mowing areas.

　　Responsible for the operation, inspection, testing, maintenance andrepair of stand-on mowers, string trimmers, weed-eaters, edger, snowand leaf blowers, hand held hedge trimmers, spreaders and other similarseasonal maintenance equipment.

　　Assist in performing seasonal grounds maintenance by providing quality servicein accordance with the contract specifications.

　　Perform grounds maintenance by providing quality service in accordance withthe contract

　　specifications.

　　Maintain turf by watering, fertilizing, weeding, mowing, trimming,replanting, and performing other operations as required to establishhealthy, viable turf.

　　Execute the transportation of large debris, leaves, trash, equipmentrequiring major repair etc.

　　Assist as required with pest management activities.

　　Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

　　Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

　　High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.

　　Ability to obtain a security clearance to meet current network and/ orgovernment requirements that apply or become applicable to this position,required.

　　Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to performwork-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehiclerecord (MVR).

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses,repair, and maintenance preferred.

　　Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences,as well as memos, labels, and numbers.

　　Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groupsituation to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

　　Ability to operate, or learn to operate, all standard grounds maintenanceequipment.

　　Knowledge of basic math skills preferred.

　　Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
