Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Apply pesticides and perform precommercial thinning of forest, including clearing brush and saplings. Will carry chainsaw most of day while thinning, and maintain the chainsaw. Will carry backpack sprayers while spraying pesticides. Work will occur outside and may occur in heat, smoke, and other outside conditions commonly occurring in Washington State. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be able to carry 20 lbs in arms and on back, lift 25 lbs, and walk up steep hills.

Disclosure of work contract: Employer will provide a copy of this document to any H-2B worker, in a language understood by the worker as reasonable per 20 CFR 655.20(I), no later than the time at which the worker applies for the visa, or for a worker in corresponding employment, no later than the day work commences.
Full Season Commitment: The worker agrees to the job offer to be available for work every day that work is available for the full period of employment starting 04/01/2024, ending on 11/30/2024. Employment must be offered for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period, if the period of employment is 120 days or more days, or each 6-week period of employment less than 120 days.
Wage Rates and Special Pay Information:
Workers will be paid no less than $24.16 per hour. Overtime not offered.
The payroll period shall be every two weeks. The employer shall use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
