Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance

Support sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations for achieving sales targets

Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts

Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and key findings

Collaborate with IT team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data in CRM system

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine market trends and identify potential business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics

Proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Proficiency in data visualization tools and CRM systems

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver flawless work

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to compete and succeed
