　　Employer: AC Landscaping Ltd., PO Box 466, Wading River, NY 11792.

　　Duties: Load and unload material from trucks, sort and supply material. Clean work area and equipment. Maintain client property from debris. Able to lift 50lbs.

　　Transportation provided by employer to and from worksites in Suffolk County from designated pick up location: 1500 Osborn Ave., Riverhead, NY 11901, or worker can meet at job site.

　　No education or experience required. Post hire drug testing at employer's expense.

　　Work Hours: Workers will be scheduled for 3 day shifts/week from 7am-7pm, days vary Mon-Sat, possible Sunday. 35 hours/week at $19.40/hour. 0-30 hours/week of OT at $29.10/hour. A discretionary bonus will be given at the employer's discretion.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Sunday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Optional employer provided housing (with utilities included) available for a weekly payroll deduction of $84.00/week.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59.00/day with receipts.
