Climax Molybdenum is the world's leading producer of molybdenum and has along, successful history of doing business in a safe, highly efficient andsocially responsible manner. We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionUnder general supervision, performs routine and non-routine chemicaland/or metallurgical analytical tasks at assigned site.

　　Prepare samples for analysis/run tests using appropriate techniques andperform sample preparation for quality control programPerform routine chemical and/or metallurgical analysis and reportingProvide operation diagnostics and adjustments for tests and analyticalequipmentMaintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment; diagnose problems,calibrate and retest as appropriate; ensure lab has appropriate supplies foroperation; in some locations may act as Weigh Master to receive and shipmaterials in SAPMay compile, assign, and track received materials to smelter in limitedlocationsAssist in laboratory personnel trainingMinimum Qualifications:

　　One (1) year of direct lab experience ORAssociate's related degree which includes six (6) months of relatedlab experienceDemonstrated knowledge of lab equipment, lab protocols and techniquesappropriate to assigned areasDemonstrated ability to train others in particular area of labAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards andsafety precautionsPreferred Qualifications:
