　　Annual merit bonus and incentive plans are offered. This position works a day shift and offers overtime potential based on business needs. Starting payrate for the position is $18 an hour.

　　What you will do with us:

　　Prepare media and reagents, label and move glassware in a highly regulated FDA, ISO and GMP environment

　　Maintain, clean, and sterilize Laboratory materials

　　Assist in the operation of the steam sterilizer

　　Record and maintain data in paper and electronic forms

　　How you will learn your role:

　　Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures

　　Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager

　　Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job

　　Education Degree

　　High School Diploma or GEDYou will be a great fit if you can:

　　Pass a drug and background check

　　Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times

　　Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team

　　Demonstrate reliability and dependability

　　Effectively communicate verbally and in writing

　　Demonstrate a desire and ability to learn technical skills
