　　Job Title: Laboratory Technician

　　1 st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

　　1 st Shift: 7AM-3:30PM

　　Pay Rate: $28-$30 hourly (dependent upon experience)

　　Location: Irvine, CA

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Perform standard test methods and aids in developing new tests for product characterization evaluations.

　　Inspect/Test devices after fabrication to ensure specifications are met using equipment such as but not limited to multimeters, micrometers, calipers, flow meters, pressure gages, tensile testers, and torques testers.

　　Complete proper documentation of all evaluations and summarizes data for engineering review.

　　Propose improvements to tests and methods to locate, reproduce, identify, and analyze complex part failures.

　　Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems, and equipment.

　　Collaborate with laboratory team members and engineers in the diagnosis of technically challenging problems.

　　May analyze design, reliability, or yield issues to determine root cause of product failure.

　　Author technical reports of findings, including probable cause of failures and provides recommendations to prevent failure recurrence.

　　Maintain Lab test tools, fixtures, and equipment.

　　Assist in the purchase or design of test equipment that meets health, safety, and environmental standards set by the company.

　　Adhere to standard operating procedures for all tasks.

　　Maintains clean and orderly work area.
