Med-Pharmacology and Chemical Biology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23009397) The Cheng Zhang lab (https://www.czhanglab.org/) at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a dedicated Research Scientist at Level IV or V, depending on qualifications. The potential candidate is expected to lead independent research projects using cryo-electron microscopy to solve high-resolution structures of protein complexes and conducting cell-based signaling assays to measure drug action. The projects are in collaboration with academic labs and biotech companies. The Cheng Zhang lab performs cutting-edge research in membrane protein structural biology, protein engineering, and antibody development.
