　　Responsibilities

　　Performs routine tasks in a laboratory or shop environment to test and evaluate bber components/samples.

　　Prepares test samples according to international standards e.g., ASTM, ISO

　　Performs testing of rubber samples using standard test methods

　　Evaluates and reviews the generated test data

　　Communicates test results to managemeers in the form of verbal feedback, short reports and presentations

　　Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.

　　Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

　　Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

　　Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job.

　　Maintain all equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.

　　Ensure calibration of all equipments as per schedule and maintain a clean work environment for conducting tests.

　　Prepare laboratory operating procedure and work instructions according to established guidelines.

　　Qualifications

　　Essential

　　Bachelor degree in science with minimum 5 years in reputed Rubber testing laboratory

　　Preferred

　　Degree/diploma in rubber/polymer technology
