JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an energetic, curious andpersistent individual who is comfortable learning new things every week.Work within our Induction Process lab creating new heat-treatingprocesses and improving upon existing induction equipment. Facility isclean and temperature controlled. This role is largely Self-directing,working within a set of assigned tasks. Problem solving and ability totake initiative to overcome minor obstacles is key. Curious to learn newapplications of heat treating and induction heating principles. Willingto ask questions, experiment and learn from mistakes. QualificationsKnowledge of Basic Electronics Experience creating ProcessesDocumentation. Good communication skills, written and verbal.
