Description:
Use automated and manual lab equipment including but not limited to troubleshooting and maintenance activities. Lab equipment will include liquid handlers, Janices and Hamilton Stars. Candidates will also be doing more manual pipetting
Use customer software packages to complete tasks and create final product
Utilize stoichiometry to convert measurement units and creates custom solutions
Quantifies and samples DNA fragments for quality control tests
Assess QC data
Maintains daily ship deadlines for customer products
Adheres to safety regulations, Lab SOPs and contamination controls
Skills:
Biology, Chemistry, Lab Tech, HPLC, Biochemist, Microbiology, PCR
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associates degree in science related field plus 2 years of applicable lab experience. Bachelors degree preferred
