As a KNNProgram Coordinator III - Partnership Development & Relations, you willbe responsible for supporting Kern National Network for Flourishing inMedicine (KNN) partnership development, relationship management, andmembership strategies that create gratifying experiences and articulatethe benefits of participating in the KNN\'s movement to transformmedicine. Focus is on leaders within allopathic and osteopathic medicalschools, academic health systems, and other organizations and networksthat align with the KNN\'s strategic objectives. This role will supportprogram office team members and initiatives to enhance the experience,effectiveness, and efficiency of KNN partnership development andrelations efforts and participates in partnership development meetingswith high level stakeholders. This role supports the functions of thepartnership development and relations team under the leadership of theProgram Director for Strategy and Partnership Development. This positioneffectively coordinates with and provides direction to multiple workgroups within the KNN Program Office and creates project plans andimplementation schedules deploying project management techniques,effective communication, and data management to support the KNN boothand reception presence at external events and engagements. This rolemust become effective at communicating the work of the KNN, develop andmaintain strong relationships and deliver work that supports highquality engagement efforts. 30% travel as needed. Responsibilities:Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas and other pre-meeting materials,participate and document important actions and decisions duringpartnership development meetings. Draft follow-up communications andwork with Program Director to facilitate action on key next steps foreach relationship. Use customer relationship management software totrack and report on status of relationships. Communicate regularly andappropriately with KNN leadership, key project sponsors, andstakeholders to effectively manage expectations regarding the status ofrelationships and external engagement and events. Ensure commitments oftime and resources align with KNN goals. Coordinate all project planningprocesses for KNN Booth installations and external event receptions anddinners as required to meet the business needs of the KNN.
