EbizoN is looking for Email Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of skilled email marketers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns align with overall marketing objectives. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists to execute high-performing campaigns.

　　Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

　　Collaborate with the content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling and effective email campaigns.

　　Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our email marketing remains cutting-edge.

　　Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

　　Qualifications:

　　 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

　　 2 years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.

　　In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot etc, with analytics, and best practices.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
