PositionOverview The Kitchen Steward is responsible for overseeing vendordeliveries and inventorying the items upon arrival. This position helpsmaintainhigh levels of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, andrestocking within the kitchen and company-wide micro markets. Thisposition may also help with food preparation, as needed. Hours: Monday -Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: \$20.50/hour Essential Duties Include butare not limited to the following: Provide the highest quality of serviceat all times. Ensure preparation stations and kitchen are cleaned,sanitized, and stocked. Comply with sanitation/safety standards withinFood services and ensure all personnel follow safety/sanitationstandards. Serve as the onsite point of contact and resource for vendorsdelivering food products to Exact Sciences. Verify orders, unload, andstock items in walk in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas. Moveequipment and supplies from storage areas to work areas. Work withleadership on purchasing items and inventorying items received fromvendors. Assist team members with food preparation; including, but notlimited to, blending soups, washing, and peeling vegetables, choppingvegetables, and cutting meat. Clean and sanitize food preparation areasand cooking surfaces, before, during, and after food service operations.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent internal andexternal facing customer service skills. Excellent attention to detailand organizational skills. Ability to work and contribute in a teamenvironment.
