　　What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

　　Complete MPI inspection for service advisors, including estimate and explanation

　　Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise and vibration concerns

　　Repair vehicles based on diagnosed issues and repair estimate

　　Test drive vehicles after repairs have been done to ensure customer's complaints have been resolved.

　　Determine any additional work that should be done to the vehicle after a test drive

　　File appropriate documentation on each repair

　　Keep up to date on all manufacturer information and training that will affect vehicles' repairs (recalls, etc.)

　　Return vehicle to the appropriate location, ensuring the vehicle is locked, numbered location is updated, wiped off/cleaned accordingly.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Must have 1-3 years of experience as a service technician

　　Certain manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.

　　Must be able to stand for long periods of time

　　Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays

　　Must be able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
