  Job Title: Key Account Representative

  Reports to: Brand Manager

  Location: Broomfield, CO

  The Role

  The Key Account Representative is a compassionate solution finder withexcellent listening skills. The Key Account Representative will support thecustomer experience department by delivering an elevated customer serviceexperience and ensuring accurate and timely order placement, management andshipment from start to finish while maintaining a specific territory of keyaccounts. A strong candidate for this role is able to maintain a positiveoutlook while providing quick resolutions to meet customers' needs.

  Your Impact

  The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:Answer inbound calls from dealers, sales representatives and in-housedepartments in order to assist and research various questions in a timelymanneProcess orders, returns, modifications, credit memos and debit memos fordealers and sales representativesMaintain the order books for accounts in a predefined territory of keyaccounts for specific brand(s) - HOKA ONE ONE, Teva, Sanuk, Koolaburra and UGGProvide regular reporting to sales teams with order book status and ensure EDIorders upload properlyCommunicate effectively with various in-house departments to ensure accuracyand timeliness with wholesale orders and shipmentsCoordinate with vendor compliance manager on key accounts while partneringwith levelers and reservation specialists to maintain orders and reservationsBuild customer relationships - earn their loyalty and trust by being kind andhelpfulAdhering to department policies regarding wholesale orders processes

  We'd love to hear from people with4-6 years of project coordination and customer contact handling utilizing bothwritten and verbal communication preferredBachelor's degree preferredProficiency with technology and its function as a resource for solvingproblemsProficiency in Microsoft Applications

  Denver, CO - $23/hr

  The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hiresalaries for this role in our Denver, CO Call Center. Individual pay will bedetermined by location and additional factors, including job relatedskills, experience, and relevant education or training.
