Job Description
We are looking for a commercially minded and energized Key Account Manager to support growth in our E-Commerce business for LEGO ® in Europe Central (EUC).

Core Responsibilities:
Commercial Planning: Lead the critical activities that serve as the foundation to collaboratively build and implement joint business plans that outline strategic,financialand operational plans to deliver short and long-term commercial success.
Value-Based Selling: Effectively align the LEGO Customer Value Proposition with the specific needs of the customer in a reasoned and compelling way to build trusted partnerships and achieve jointobjectives.
Mutual Revenue and Profit Growth: Deliver positive impact on profitability for the LEGO Group and our customers by leading initiatives that deliver improved return on investments.
Consistent Brand Execution: Collaborate across the LEGO Group to ensure the shopper experience is consistent across channels and geographies in delivering the LEGO Brand values. Use cross-functional insights and analytics to develop omni-channel shopper strategies that achieve excellent execution with consistency at all points of purchase.
Value Chain Optimization: Understand the S&OP process to drive a consumer-driven agenda with the customer and actin due timeon key operational deadlines.

The Key Account Management Team within Europe Central (D-A-CH) is a deeply professional sales team whichis in charge ofsuccessfully delivering the Customer Value Proposition to our key partners to fulfil our Partner Promise of Mutual Value Creation and generate sustainable growth. Intherole, you will have P&L responsibility and handle relationships and business operations for key customers within the E-Commerce Channel. You will work closely with internal team members across Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to improve commercial impact!
Do you have what it takes:
Several years of experience workingincommercial-driven functionspreferablyat international Consumer Goods companies
Proventrack recordin Key Account Management for E-Com/Omnichannelcustomers
Effective relationship-building experience with a collaborative approach to internal and external partners
Passion for developing key account customers in daily operations and from a mid-term strategic view
Proventrack recordin stakeholder management & project management
Experienced in managing customer P&L independently
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
Proficient in German and English
