Compensation range: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 + Commission

As a Key Account Manager in Brokerage at RXO, you will serve as the dailypoint of contact and relationship manager for our most important clients.
What your day-to-day will look like:Serve as an advocate and liaison for RXOs top clients to ensure overallcustomer satisfactionExpand current customer accounts through ongoing relationship developmentWork creatively with team members to secure the terms of sale, includingnegotiating rates, identifying carriers, procuring specialized equipment, etc.Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and client needs; cultivatea core book of business for consistent and repeatable salesEnsure the integrity of the shipment and the RXO brand by following standardprocesses and proceduresUpdate internal tracking and reporting systems throughout the day to maintainaccuracy in sales and volume metricsMonitor and ensure accurate billing; strive to ensure mutually beneficialbusiness operations
What youll need to excel:
At a minimum, youll need:Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of professional experience
Itd be great if you also have:5 years of experience in a transportation sales environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range
Annual salary range is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year +commission. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience andskill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferredqualifications for the role).
