Responsibilities: Review and analyze requests for Es-Insgroup approvals and add-ons to existing groups for our bank andcorporate clients Review proposed plans and censuses to ensure adherenceto Es-Ins program guidelines and negotiate with field when criteria arenot met or are unclear Receive and respond to general inquiries aboutthe Es-Ins program criteria Work closely with Advanced Markets on plandesign and illustration support, and coordinate with other areas of thecompany as needed (Actuarial, RSS, AMO, App Input, etc.) Prioritize andefficiently handle time-sensitive requests such as wires on binderagreements Accurately document and organize case history across multipleplatforms (excel, SharePoint, Outlook, GAT and Scout) Review submittedunderwritten application forms for completeness Perform ad hoc andannual review of related content on Mutual Knowledge and RECAP Performrisk assessment review for proposed insureds to ensure appropriaterequirements are gathered to ensure mortality results during theunderwriting process. Requirements: Must be a P2 senior specialist orhigher Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 yearsprofessional experience required Prior risk assessment experiencerequired Strong critical thinker Ability to provide clear and concisecommunication both verbally and in writing to internal and externalcustomers Understanding of underwriting and reinsurance conceptsKnowledge of business insurance needs and concepts to include SERP,Deferred Comp and Bonus plans Strong technical and analytical skillsIn-force product and process knowledge a plus #IN-POST #LI-POSTCompensation Range: Pay Range - Start: \$73,570.00 Pay Range - End:\$136,630.00 Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salarystructure and placement in the salary range for this position will bedetermined by a number of factors including the skills, education,training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope,complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and otherconditions of employment.
