　　Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Food and Beverage Administrative Assistants to join our Food and Beverage team at AutoZone Park in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant, you will ensure the department is organized and prepared for event and game days.

　　Responsibilities

　　Produce sales, departmental, and financial reports

　　Assist with routine MICROS programming, database maintenance, and end-of-month reports

　　File correspondence, reports, and departmental records in appropriate files

　　Assist the culinary team with monitoring stock levels and food orders

　　Qualifications

　　Basic math skills required for ordering and processing invoices

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills required

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team
