  The Key Account Manager - OEM is responsible for particular OEM accounts, and reports to the VP Sales -OEM Division. The Key Account Manager - OEM proactively manages the business with selected key accounts and commits to increase sales to these accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  Develop new opportunities with existing and new key accounts.Coordinate the business of key accounts globally as interface between the key account and the FUCHS stakeholders, such as Product Management, Research & Development, Administration, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing.Set prices and negotiates terms and conditions.Has extensive knowledge of the key account's worldwide activities, product portfolio and applications.Represent customer interests towards FUCHS and vice versa. This includes identifying customer needs, evaluating business fit while applying a solutions-based approach to selling to obtain RFQ's and/or other commerical opportunities.Cooperate and collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure customer awareness of related products and their technical requirements.Qualifications we are looking for:

  Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering or related discipline. Preferred background in chemical or automotive.Experience in lubricants and/or automotive industry is a plus.Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales and key account management.Strategic vision and planning while being proactive, and goal orientated.Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the U.S.Proficiencient in use of MS-Office applications.These are your benefits:Fuchs offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as profes-sionals.
