*Job Requirements *
Applicants shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; an American citizen; possess a valid drivers license; be of good moral character; and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Applicants shall have a high school diploma or GED.Applicants should have a working knowledge of standard office procedures, routines, and equipment.Applicant should have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.Applicant should understand basic accounting principles.Applicant should have the ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.*Essential Duties: *
Answer telephones and directs calls to the appropriate party, troubleshooting as necessary.Check in clients for appointments and court.Collect fees and restitution, receipt, and log funds; balance daily report of collections and make regular bank deposits.Schedule appointments: send letters and create files as directed.Print and mail billing statements, victim letters and notifications.Send court notices electronically and by mail as needed.Maintain office calendar.Retrieve various reports from other case management systems and programs and upload to our case management system.Update client information in case management system.Maintain office supplies and place orders.
Update and maintain waiting area Power Point and social media.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintains confidentiality and abides by the Code of Judicial Conduct.
