　　The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC’s IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently, we are seeking a Junior VTC/Collaboration Engineer. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.

　　Duties:

　　Performs basic hardware maintenance and monitoring, operation system upgrades, cabling and day-to-day activities required to manage AV/VTC systems and Collaboration services.

　　Supports troubleshooting effort and AV events. Provides installation and break/fix support to all AV/VTC/Collaboration infrastructure components.

　　Experience:

　　Must have 1-3 years of experience in backend collaboration and AV/VTC/VoIP infrastructures, to include configuration, upgrade, maintenance and monitoring of AV/VTC/VoIP and related collaboration equipment.

　　Must possess skills and knowledge in troubleshooting issues with AV/VTC/VoIP technologies and components.
