　　Supervise a team of administrators and engineers; mentor and manage personnel based in Makati with diverse technical skill sets.

　　Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

　　Collaborate with other Team and Business leaders based in other regions globally. Be available across different time zones to participate in meetings and collaboration events.

　　Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions that meet operational challenges.

　　Candidate must demonstrate excellent time management skills and ensure the team operates efficiently within the established timelines and project milestones.

　　Lead cross-functional teams specializing in server administration (Windows & Linux), Vulnerability Management, Automation, IT Security, Enterprise storage, backup and recovery, systems administration, and cloud services.

　　Stay informed about the latest security threats and protect the organization's systems.

　　Establish metrics to monitor systems performance vulnerability management and ensure service availability.

　　Research emerging trends and new technologies to identify potential improvements; develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives.

　　Manage on-call rotation infrastructure maintenance schedules and organize shifts for team members working nights to provide support during US and Europe shifts with their daytime.

　　Responsible for leading and managing the delivery of technical projects.

　　Drive automation initiatives with repetitive tasks to streamline IT processes and improve efficiencies.

　　Lead infrastructure initiatives and served as an escalation point.

　　Manage vendor relationships, licensing & contract renewals.

　　Be a mentor to the global infrastructure team.

　　Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: Qualifications :

　　10+ years of experience managing global enterprise IT operations in a complex environment.

　　5+ years of experience managing and executing small to medium size projects successfully.

　　5+ years of experience managing diverse teams.

　　Knowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure technologies, including server, storage, security, and networks

　　Manage extensive, virtualized infrastructure with over 5000 servers and 100 TB of storage.

　　Should possess the ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements with a flexible and creative approach to brainstorming, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

　　Able to effectively re-prioritize workloads based on urgency and importance, optimizing productivity.

　　Familiar with commonly used security concepts, risk models, and best practices

　　Able to effectively and confidently communicate complex topics and procedures with team members- in writing and presentations.

　　Able to work effectively across different time zones.

　　Ability to work under minimal supervision to complete projects; processing initiative to address issues and opportunities.

　　Experience with cloud vendors like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.

　　Able to lift 50+ lbs of IT equipment.

　　EDUCATION: BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Technical Management, or other related technical discipline; or an alternative combination of acceptable education and experience
