Background & Purpose of the Job:

　　We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Production Supervisor. The Junior Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Unilever Simcoe plant. The successful candidate will assist in leading a team, coordinating workforce, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. This position will be a straight afternoon shift or night shift position.

　　Who You Are & What You’ll Do:

　　Assist in supervising the shopfloor operations and workforce with 100% safety & quality compliance.

　　Coordinate daily production activities with different departments like logistics, maintenance, sanitation to meet operational goals including but not limited to, CILs, QA checks, Safety checks etc.

　　Ensure efficient labour management and handle grievances in accordance with CBA.

　　Oversee administrative tasks in the shift like document creation, time keeping, vacations, overtime etc.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　What You’ll Need to Succeed

　　High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).

　　1-2 years’ experience in a relevant industry or similar role.

　　Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

　　Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
