A design-build firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Plumbing Designer to their team!

　　Job Description:

　　Design HVAC/plumbing systems for buildings projects from schematic design through project completion in Revit

　　Produce detailed design/construction documents and specifications alongside the architecture team

　　Perform site surveys, existing condition assessments and write reports to ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with deadline dates

　　Oversee shop drawings; assist during the construction administration phase of local projects

　　Qualifications:

　　1+ years of mechanical/plumbing and fire protection design/engineering experience

　　Knowledge of plumbing and local building codes

　　LEED and CPD certifications are a plus, but not required

　　AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
