　　Job Description:

　　As a Data Analytics, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of AI models. You will work alongside experienced team members to learn and apply machine learning and AI algorithms in order to streamline complex processes for network systems, such as fiber broadband service delivery applications.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Implement AI models using machine learning and bio-inspired AI algorithms to streamline complex processes for network systems, such as mobility network provisioning and fiber broadband service delivery applications.

　　Contribute to the development and enhancement of software architecture, coding standards, and best practices within the team.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, following SAFe Agile methodologies, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine solutions, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

　　some experience in AI software development.

　　Experience working with large datasets and using data manipulation tools such as NumPy or Pandas, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Knowledge of various machine learning techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning, as well as the underlying mathematics.

　　Understanding of bio-inspired AI algorithms.

　　Knowledge in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, DEAP or gplearn.

　　Knowledge of network technologies, including fiber broadband service delivery, network protocols, and infrastructure.

　　Proven experience working in a SAFe Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.

　　Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

　　Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
