Together, we won't stop!Job OverviewAs an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, youwill play a crucial role in marketing our company's portfolio of businessproducts and services to existing. This is a true hunter role! We'relooking for results-oriented, persistent, outstanding sales professionalsto bring our products and services to underserved customers. Your primaryfocus will be mining and growing existing accounts. Through accountmanagement and solutions-based selling, you will analyze customer needs toidentify and customize wireless voice, data products and services tomaintain and grow accounts. This role will meet and exceed monthly salesquota objectives by successfully growing accounts within an assigned accountbase. You are accountable for a high volume of activity through customercalls, emails, appointments, and funnel management as part of yourassigned accounts. You would be a great fit for our team if you like tocombine your superior listening and communication skills and outgoingpersonality to build instant customer rapport to achieve your sales targets!Job Responsibilities:Daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to completeoutbound/inbound phone calls, emails, on-line meetings/appointments.Perform research to understand customer's unique needs, key contacts,and potential business opportunities. Using research, select appropriateproduct/service information messaging to meet the needs of individualcustomersFacilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original callto proposal, through finalization of an order for each customer you speakwith.Attend all required product and service training to ensure you have anin-depth knowledge of features and benefits of T-Mobile products and services.Education:High School Diploma (Required)Work Experience:2 years Outbound Call Center or a related sales position (Required)2 years Experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Organization Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organizationskills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/taskswith a sense of urgency and accuracy.Task management ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environmentthat requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)Customer Relations, Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outlook, WebExMeetings (Preferred)Proficiency with salesforce.com. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based onvarious factors, such as work location, qualifications, andexperience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. AtT-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for anannual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. MostCorporate employee are eligible for a year-end bonus based on companyand/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of theemployee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions inCustomer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/orteam performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible formonthly or quarterly sales incentives.
