Jr. Financial Analyst

　　Description:

　　Monthly financial reporting and in-depth analysis.

　　Production site controlling.

　　Perform cost accounting for customized manufacturing business.

　　B/S & P/L account reconciliation and cost tracking.

　　Assist accounting team with audits.

　　Develop and maintain a key business partner relationship with all levels of management and functional area leaders.

　　Run and analyze monthly inventory devaluation based on ERP consumption and loss free valuations.

　　Support R&D business partners with Internal order development, tracking, and performance management.

　　Support the team through the annual financial budget and quarterly sales forecasting process.

　　Perform in-depth analysis identifying variances to budget/past performance in order to provide detailed commentary and recommendations to management.

　　Clearly communicate with internal business partners via in person presentations, video conferencing, phone, and well-articulated emails.

　　Maintain & optimize financial/sales reporting within Tableau, Business Warehouse, Business objects, and Excel.

　　Ad hoc assignment as needed.

　　Qualifications

　　6 month+ experience working with budgeting and forecasting

　　Attention to detail and accuracy is a critical component to this role, along with the ability to work independently.

　　Possess strong analytical and communication skills

　　Strong technical skills in Excel is a must and candidates should have ability to understand complex Excel formulas.
