　　Job Description

　　BIM Model and Drawing production. Design brief compliance, completeness and accuracy.

　　Design coordination within interior design and cross discipline.

　　Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through

　　completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes and

　　design criteria established by project leadership.

　　Preparing, reviewing and approving drawings as required.

　　Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials

　　application and manufacturer supplier appropriateness.

　　Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our client needs in collaboration with other disciplines.

　　May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design, drafting personnel.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Very good knowledge of English and Polish.

　　University degree in Architecture.

　　Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience.

　　Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior design practice.

　　Software proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe.

　　Experience in all project phases from predesign through project closeout.

　　Experience with international clients or with international companies.
