The Contract Operations Manager will be primarily focused on supporting the Private Pricing Program for AWS, preparing and drafting executable contracts based on approved frameworks and driving important projects to support our Customers. A successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, able to shift between tactical and strategic work, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and build with us.Key job responsibilities-Autonomously operate within established frameworks and approaches with minimal guidance, while managing multiple, complex contracting cycles at various points in the process.-Have highest standards and a bias for action to achieve deal velocity while exercising high judgment and autonomous decision making in often ambiguous situations.-Take ownership of the contract process, driving internal and external teams, such as Legal and Sales.-Identifying, tracking and analyzing key metrics as well as assisting with development of recommendations for improvements based on metrics.-Own and deliver results on important strategic program related projects which drive improvements and scalability for our Customers, in the contracting space.About the teamOur team puts a high value on work-life harmony.
