　　The Opportunity! Junior Account Servicer Role

　　Day in the life -

　　Processing IBU, endorsements, new business, and cancellations for multiple branches:

　　Compare data on documents received from insurance carriers to existing data within client files

　　Contact with our IBU team advising of any discrepancies

　　Update broker management system with required changes

　　Assist with billing of client premiums

　　Prepare document packages to be provided to our clients

　　Provide excellent "customer service" to our IBU team

　　Work within a busy office environment and support the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

　　What you bring to our team -

　　Easy going and down to have some fun

　　Ready to work hard and crush goals and targets

　　Detail oriented and reliable

　　Thrives in a team environment

　　High school education or equivalent

　　Ability to problem solve and think outside the box

　　Level 1 Insurance License is required.
