Project Manager, People Organization

What the day will look like
The PM will work closely with the North America People Org leaders, Head of Colleague Experience and the North America Leadership Team. As PM, you will prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goals are achieved.
Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans.
Experience developing and overseeing work plans and holding team members accountable for timelines.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, and schedule
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client partners, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and raise issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
How this opportunity is different
The PM opportunity is a new role in the People Organization. You will drive all core initiatives and talent processes in North America. This position will work with the following teams, but is not limited to, learning and development, inclusion and diversity, total rewards, performance, and talent management.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
3-4 years of project management experience
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skills
Proven success adhere to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Experience maintaining partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus of 15% in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
